The process of taking care of health of children starts when the child is not properly developed inside a mother’s womb in the fetus. Mothers are strictly advised not to take alcohol or something that can affect the development of fetus. In addition to taking care in nutrition, there are important aspects to a mother’s health. X-rays, TV radiations, loud noise, atmospheric pollution etc can affect the health of a child. These factors affect the health of children in all the cases. Many mothers leave their children unattended and think that they are being treated properly in the health care centers. It has to be remembered that nobody can take care of a child better than a mother.

If these issues are not cured at proper time then they can turn into life threatening diseases. We need to make sure that we are aware of our child’s health conditions and can guess the situation in which our child feels pain or problem. Healthy like the one with vitamins and minerals is necessary for keeping the health of children on an appropriate level. The vitamins help their bones to grow and help in fighting the body against any sort of germs that can cause infections. Carbohydrates are as important as vitamins and are supposed to be given to children once they reach the age of 6 months. The carbohydrates are energy storage elements are key food items in helping your child to walk and crawl properly and in time.
One of the most important aspects of health for children is vaccination and immunization on time. There are many life threatening diseases like Tuberculosis, Diphtheria, Cholera, Measles, Meningitis, Chicken pox that need to be fought against. Vaccines are given during different stages of the development of children that help their bodies in fighting against these diseases. Apart from giving your children vaccines, it is necessary for you t get them involved in healthy social and emotional activities. Kids who are social and like to share things with others are most likely to succeed in life and lead a healthy life.
